  Hello, my name is Thomas Luca and I am a freelance Artist, Illustrator, Cartoonist, Animator, Storyboard Artist, Layout and Background Painter.
  I'm currently working on a children's book that I wrote and Illustrated and need to publish soon, So I guess I can now add Author to the list.
  I am based in New Jersey. My focus is primarily on Layout and Background Painting for Animation but also involved in others such as Illustration, Cartoons, Animation, Visual Development, Storyboarding, Concept Art and Character Design.
